1.  The winner of the Nuttinbutgolf.com's Funniest Golf Story contest will be decided by the Nuttinbutgolf.com Staff.  All decisions are final.

2.  The winner will be chosen at the end of each month.

3.  By submitting a golf story, you give nuttinbutgolf.com permission to post your story on nuttinbutgolf.com's website or any website that  links to nuttinbutgolf.com.  The first name of the winners will be posted on nuttinbutgolf.com.

4.  The sender's email address will be used only to notify the winner and will not be posted on the website and will not be or sold to third parties.  Email address may be used for delivery or shipment notification.

5.  The winner will be responsible for supplying nuttinbutgolf.com a mailing address which will be used only for the shipment of prize within one week of winning notification from nuttinbutgolf.com.

6.  The details and directions for personalization of golf balls will be sent with the notification of winning.

7.  Funny golf stories must be clean, no abusive or vulgar language will be accepted or posted.  Nuttinbutgolf.com reserves the right not to post any story that it finds not to be suitable.

8.  The winner will receive a 6 Ball Pack of personalized Top-Flite XL Pure Distance golf balls.  Substitution of equal or greater value may be awarded if exact prize is unavailable.

9.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize.

10.  Funny golf stories will be added to site after review of our staff.

11.  The date the funny golf story is added to the site will be the date officially entered into the contest, not the date the email was received.  All stories will be posted as expeditiously as possible.

12.  Each contestant is limited to one story entered a month.

13.  A contestant may win more than once.
